Description
My father was a heavy equipment operator and in his younger days grdening was one of his hobbies and he had a huge 20 acre garden. Friends and neighbors would come from all around and pick vegetables for free. One day I said, "why do you plant rubarb, we don't eat rubarb", he replied, "I want everything in my garden." Today I can relate to that because I want to learn how to paint everything.
I recall my mother would say, "tell them to bring their own garbage bags." At the time I thought that was silly, but now that I'm buying garbage bags, I agree because they are expensive :)

Oh my, thank you so much Alessando, Nikki, Dawn, Jeffrey, Bob, Lenore, and Mona. Fond memories. His garden was his Oasis surrounded by trees, it was beautiful, however, kinda scary for me.
